January 2026 Newsletter

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
As we reflect on God’s faithfulness in 2025 and look ahead to what He will continue to do in 2026, our hearts are filled with gratitude and hope. This past year brought meaningful milestones and countless opportunities to proclaim biblical truth, while the year ahead holds new ways to serve, teach, and encourage others. In every season, both celebrated and unseen, we remain thankful for the Lord’s work and expectant for how He will continue to bring heart change for lasting life change.

As we look back on 2025, we are deeply grateful for all the Lord has done through this ministry. While these highlights capture some significant moments, they do not encompass everything God accomplished this year. Through many conferences and training opportunities, including ACBC, TAC, and others, RGCC was able to attend, teach, and speak into the lives of counselors, churches, and individuals seeking biblical hope. Here are some highlights from 2025:
Julie’s New Book – Trauma Redeemed The release of Trauma Redeemed: A Biblical Response to Medicalized Suffering by Dr. Julie Ganschow was a major highlight of 2025. The book equips counselors and encourages the hurting with biblical hope rooted in the redemptive work of Christ, and we are grateful to celebrate this recognition from the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. 👉 Learn More Today & Purshase: HERE |
![]() | Brazil Trip We’re thankful for the opportunity to serve in Brazil, where Dr. Julie Ganschow taught on sexual abuse and trauma from a biblical perspective. It was a joy to see Scripture bring heart change for lasting life change, reminding us that the hope of the gospel truly reaches the ends of the earth. |
![]() | 15 Years of Ministry 2025 marked 15 years of ministry. We stand in awe of how God has sustained this work, grown it, and used it to bring healing and truth to so many lives. |
And finally, our Heart Change for Life Change Campaign:
As we close out 2025, we are incredibly thankful for the way our community came alongside the Heart Change for Life Change Campaign. By God’s grace and through your generosity, we surpassed our goal, raising $12,314! Every prayer, gift, and share helped make biblical counseling, discipleship, and gospel-centered care available to individuals and families who might not otherwise have access. Looking back on this year, we rejoice in how God used your support to bring lasting heart change and real life change, and we are filled with gratitude for each of you who partnered with us in this work. Thank you!

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with anticipation and trust in the Lord’s leading. While the upcoming highlights point to exciting opportunities, such as conferences, trainings, and continued equipping, they do not capture everything that will take place in the year ahead. We are especially looking forward to new abuse training, the release of a third edition of A Biblical Counselor’s Approach to Marital Abuse: Roadmap to Reunification, a second edition of The Process of Biblical Heart Change Workbook, and something special specifically for women. We look forward to many ways RGCC will continue to serve, teach, and come alongside churches, counselors, and individuals through both planned events and everyday ministry. Our prayer is that in every opportunity, God’s Word would continue to bring hope, clarity, and lasting change.
