Reigning Grace Counseling Center: Who Are We?

Our mission at RGCC is simple: you. We exist to counsel and restore Christians, evangelize the lost, train individuals and churches in the practice of biblical counseling, and lead those who struggle with sinful and addictive habits to help, healing, and hope in Jesus Christ.

“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Isaiah 9:6-7

It has been a strong year of serving the kingdom of God in 2023. There are almost more highlights than we can share. I’ll list off a few so you can join us in celebrating how the Lord has blessed our service to Him:

  • Hundreds of men, women, and children have been served through direct biblical counseling ministry by our highly skilled team.

  • While RGCC and RGI offices may be located in the central Midwest, our team has grown to be comprised of biblical counselors from all over the country with wide-ranging specialties.

  • Reigning Grace Institute, our certification and training arm of the ministry, trained hundreds of people across the world, with in-person training in Tallahassee, Florida, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and as far-reaching as Japan!

  • And this is to say nothing of the online training program, blogs, consulting, and conferences we believe have had far-reaching impacts as well.

Yet, this year has not been without significant needs for prayer and financial support. Because we are a ministry that prioritizes the Word of God without compromise, endeavors to engage in the Great Commission, and is a support to the local church, as opposed to being a professional counseling practice, it results in many restrictions that make even existing as a ministry very challenging. It also results in a significant financial need for us to continue to provide high-caliber training, counseling, and equipping.

We are asking you, as a friend of Reigning Grace, if you would help us raise $5000 by the end of 2023. It is a significant number, and we need your help. This will allow us to continue to provide the high-quality care, counsel, and training the Lord has blessed us to engage in, to this point. And certainly, we invite your prayer support for God’s protection, wisdom, and sustaining of Reigning Grace into 2024! Thank you, friend. Your partnership in this, if you are able, will literally change lives.

Holiday Party Anxiety

In the latest blog, Amy Santarelli discusses the reality of holiday party anxiety “Does the thought of holiday parties or family gatherings make you want to hide away in your house and not come out till January? You are not alone.  The holiday season brings a mixed bag of emotions.  Most of us like the idea of holiday celebrations, but the reality of it may be something else altogether.”

Talking About Self-Control and Anger

In the latest blog, Pastor Bruce Roeder shares about self-control and anger “The heart is the control center of our being; whatever we think, believe, or desire in our hearts guides and determines our actions and what comes out of our mouths..”
